I actually said “fuck you person!” out loud upon seeing this pic. Ugh.

Sec 5.2(1)(c) of the ID screening regs of Aeronautics Act: “An air carrier shall not transport a passenger if the passenger does not appear to be of the gender indicated on the identification he or she presents.”

OHHHHHHHH, THIS IS FUCKING RICH

Whaaaaaaaaaat

Good lord, you’d think in 2012 SOMEONE writing this legislation (in Canada, no less) would have added a provision for this.

I find it ironic that the country can pass a bill like Unborn Victims of Violence Act which says any unborn child is a legal victim in any kind of act of violence, yet Roe V Wade still holds ground which says a mother has the right to choose to abort a pregnancy.

Well then wouldnt that make a mother choosing to abort a child a murderer under that law?

Why the double standard?

Though I think I understand your underlying point here, the fact remains that an abortion exclusion clause was written into the bill. The possible ramifications in this act of granting personhood rights to fetuses are kind of terrifying, though. Hard not to see how someone will eventually try to extrapolate these laws into pro-life legislation.

Paper actually burns at about 450 degrees Celcius, not Fahrenheit. Seems I should have seen this obvious little tidbit of knowledge coming. Oh well, at least reading cracked.com (probably far too much) is expanding my horizons, I guess.

My friend Si Spurrier wrote a sensational book that got fuckall publicity, so hardly anyone knows about it. It’s just come out in paperback and Kindle, so we who love Simon have a chance to point new readers toward this book, which is called A SERPENT UNCOILED.

Simon made a YouTube video to tell you all about it, one that is sure to go viral faster than kittens singing a pop song while a man on fire repeatedly falls down after being hit in the nuts.

Please, my dear Tumblrnauts, take a moment to drink deeply from the fetid waters of Simon’s brainhole, and then infect your friends as I have you.

Dear Si: I am going to the library today, and hopefully they will have a copy, and hopefully someday I will have more money to buy more fiction. I wish you luck, sir.

To even out “heart-warming,” here’s a little piece of disgusting WTF. The fact that this got so many “likes” on facebook (4 females, at that!) is why women think it’s okay to call men pigs.

I wish there were more stories like this. Support local.

whomever drew this, please make more.

Chris making Ben see he was depressed was so charmingly sad and brilliant.

You know I always reblog boats, come on now. This isn’t unexpected.

Like comics? Like slasher horror? Of course you do, so maybe go order Stacey Ponder’s (of Final Girl fame) new mini-comic, because, like the lady says, she’s seen a shit-ton of slasher flicks AND has a blog, so clearly you are not going to be able to find any more a comprehensive work on the topic.

Plus, you can pay an extra $5 and ask for a sketch of whatever you want on the back of it. I’m thinking maybe Skeet Ulrich and Captain Spaulding going after Jamie Lee Curtis (because, uh, crossovers, duh).
